| 2-22-08 We were called by PSP Lancaster for a flatbed involved in an accident on Route 772 in Gap PA. 04 was dispatched to the scene, and arrived to find a crane truck that was overturned off the roadway down over an embankment with heavy damage. At that time 07 and 94 were both dispatched to the scene. We first used the torch set to cut the guardrail so that truck could be winched up the embankment out from underneath the telephone wires. Once the truck was up the embankment it was uprighted and towed back to our storage facility. THANK YOU TO THE GAP FIRE COMPANY FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE AT THE ACCIDENT SCENE. |
