8-6-09    This evening we received a call from PSP CDC for
a heavy duty to respond to Route 272 in Drumore Township
for an overturned tractor and trailer.  09 was dispatched to
the scene.  Upon arrival a loaded tri-axle roll off truck was
found to be overturned after driving into a ditch.  At that
point 04 was dispatched to the scene to assist with the
upright.  Chains were placed around the load of the truck
and the truck was slowly uprighted.  As the truck was being
uprighted additional chains were placed around the load to
keep it secured to the truck.  Once the truck came past the
pivot point 04 was used to slowly lower the truck to the
ground.  Once uprighted the truck was towed to our
Cochranville facility by 04.
