| 5-7-08 We were called by PSP Avondale to respond to Route 272 and Glen Roy Rd for the overturned tractor and trailer. #s 94, 04, and 07 were sent. When the trucks arrived they found a loaded feed tanker that had ran off the roadway and then came back onto the roadway and then overturned. The truck then slid on its side for approximately 200 feet, coming to rest cross ways in the road with the front end into the embankment and against a tree. At that time a dump truck was called to the scene along with #00 and 99-SL for the clean up of the spilled load. The company had one of their vendors bring a vacuum truck in to remove the load from the trailer. Once the load was removed the truck and trailer were separated. The trailer was then end rolled using 94, and 04. 94 then towed the trailer to our yard. 07 and 04 then did an end roll on the tractor, which was then towed by 07 to our yard. |
