| 4-6-10 This afternoon we were called by PSP Central Dispatch Center to respond to Truce and Buck Height Roads for a tractor and trailer that was stuck and blocking. #09 was dispatched to the scene, upon arrival an empty reefer style trailer was found with the trailer tandems up an embankment. The driver in an attempt to get out separated the truck from the trailer causing the trailer to lean. A strap was placed around the low side to lift the trailer level. The tractor was then placed back under the trailer. The truck and trailer were secured to each other. The trailer was then lifted and rotated into the roadway. |
