February 3, 2012   This morning we were called to Ephrata for a loaded tractor trailer that was in a ditch.  09 responded
and found a loaded van trailer that the tandems had dropped off the edge of the roadway causing the truck and trailer
to lean.  09 lifted the loaded trailer and placed it back onto the driveway with no further damage.
