| 1-31-10 This morning we were called by PSP Avondale to respond to Route 41 and 926 for a vehicle in a ditch. 06 was immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival a Volkswagen was found in a wetlands area. Due to the location and the unknown damage to the vehicle gas tank and oil pan it was decided to lift the car out rather then dragging it the way it went in. 09 was dispatched to the scene. Once 09 was on scene a spreader bar was set up to prevent and damage from occurring to the car while it was being lifted. Once lifted the car was rotated up onto the roadway and set onto 06 to be transported from the scene. |
